1. Booking & Payment 1.1 Confirmation of Booking: A booking is confirmed only when we receive a deposit. 1.2 Payment Terms: Full payment shall be made before the event date. 1.3 Payment Terms: By bank transfer, credit card, etc. 1.4. Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than the 14 days before the event, you will get a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, your deposit will not be refunded.
2. Event Details 2.1 Event Time: Our service will be available during the entire time for your event, or as long as you need us there. The extra time comes at an added cost. 2.2 Selection of Menu: One must confirm your final menu choices at least 7 days in advance. 2.3 Dietary Needs: We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, such as gluten-free or vegan dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free food.
3. Site Requirements 3.1 Space Requirements: It has to be a flat area for setup; space is to be at least 3m x 5m. 3.2 Utilities: You are to provide access to electricity and water if required. If these important utilities are not available, let us know in advance so that we can consider some other alternatives. 3.3 Parking: Also check that there are ample of parking places for our vehicles around the venue.
4. Food & Service 4.1 Service Guarantee: Our goal is to serve great food and have great service. Also, do not hesitate to seek our assistance if you encounter any problems. 4.2 Leftover Food: Leftover food is our property for health and safety reasons unless we agree otherwise. 4.3 Weather Conditions: Bad weather could be a factor, and we might have to alter our plans for the safety and protection of equipment.
5. Liability 5.1 Liability: You are responsible for any damages caused by your guests to our equipment or property. 5.2 Health & Safety: We follow all health and safety rules and hold the necessary food handling certifications. 5.3 Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable in case of delay or non-performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control. Moreover, which includes adverse weather conditions, road closures, or other emergencies.
6. Marketing & Media 6.1 Photos & Videos: We may take photos or videos of the event for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please let us know in writing before the event.
Amendments 7.1 Changes to Bookings: Any changes to your booking (such as guest count, date, or location) must be made in writing and are subject to our approval. Additional fees may apply. 7.2 Amendments to Terms: We may change these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any updates, and they will be posted on our website.
